ART: The first two links in the left-hand box below are exclusively mine; the third, I share with literally thousands of artists and photographers world-wide, all of whom have uploaded high resolution prints of their work, which the host company can then print "on demand" as customers specify size, ground (canvas, paper, or poster), mat and frame. They have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Most paintings are also available as greeting cards .

Where in the world would you go?

Summer's vacation time, so let's share thoughts on our very favorite spot in the whole wide world -- money being no object --to visit.  Please also include why that particular place.

Dick's would be the Mediterranean -- Egypt, Greece, Israel, Italy, France, and Spain, because he'd like to experience that part of the world where our Western Civilization has its roots.

I, on the other hand, would be content to take a "fall foliage" trip to New England with extra time to explore cities where I've not been --Toronto, Montreal, Boston, New Haven, & New York City (unless anyone's counting the half-day I spent there with my then pregnant sister in 1956.)

So let's here other suggestions!!!!

    Would go to Europe and have a brew at Munich and watch the Glockenspiel at noon, then drive down to Bavaria and check out the great countryside. Maybe take one of their tour boats on the lake, or cruise down the Rhine and sip on wine while looking at the castles. Or just enjoy the beauty of the Black forest area with picnic of local wursts and beer.....get the connection? food, beer, wine...I was fortunate enough to live there for 3 years and loved it!
